Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add coffee to hot water, stir until dissolved.
  2. Gradually add to cream cheese in a medium sized bowl
  3. Beat with a wisk until well blended.
  4. Gently stir in Cool Whip
  5. Place 16 of the wafers on the bottom of a 9-inch square dish
  6. Cover half with whipped topping mixture.
  7. Repeat the layers
  8. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend the flavors
  9. Top with raspberries just before serving.
  10. Sprinklw ith cocoa powder and grated chocolate.
  11. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
