Nicki's Spinach and Crab Egg Scramble

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp green onion
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1/2 tsp butter
  • 1/4 cup crab
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/4 tsp garlic

Directions:

  1. Saute Spinach in Butter and Olive Oil and Garlic
  2. Add green onion and crab when wilted
  3. Add in whisked eggs
  4. Add in tomato
