Directions:

  1. Finely chop parsley. Peel and devein shrimp if needed. Cook onions and butter over med/high heat in large saute pan until tender. sprinkle seasoning over shrimp. Add shrimp, tomatoes, and parsley to onions; squeeze juice over shrimp. Cook 2 minutes. Add wine. Cook 5 minutes more. Serve over rice and beans.
