Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Combine shortening, eggs and milk.
  2. Add dry ingredients, mix well.
  3. Pour into hot waffle iron.
  4. Makes several waffles.
  5. Can be stored in refrigerator.
