Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the butter in a small pan.
  2. Stir in cinnamon.
  3. Stir in turmeric.
  4. Cook for a minute or two.
  5. Make sure the heat is not too high.
  6. Add mint to pan.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Add to soups just before serving, and to boranis, yoghurt salads for the added flavour and burst of colour this blend provides.
  9. Enjoy.
