Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir together the sour cream and the baking soda and set aside. cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in sour cream mixture. Mix in remaining ingredients until dry ingredients are blended. Do not over mix.
  2. Divide batter between 3 greased medium loaf pans (8 in x 3 7/8 in x 2 15/32 in) and bake in 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven for about 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center. Allow to cool on rack for 15 minutes before removing from pans.
