Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour (approx )
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 ml cream

Directions:

  1. Beat the crepe ingredients and add enough flour to make a thin batter.
  2. Fry as pancakes.
  3. Mix filling and spread on crepes and roll.
  4. Cover with cream.
  5. Bake 45 min at 350°F.
