My Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 350F
  2. Combine everything EXCEPT hash browns in a giant bowl. let sit 10 minutes. Add the frozen hash browns to the bowl, carefully mix well.
  3. Spray an 8X11 inch casserole dish lightly with Pam cooking spray. Place mixture in dish. Sprinkle generously with Paprika. Bake at 350 F for approx.1 hour.
  4. This is a very tasty side dish. I served this up with a very tasty home made rotisserie chicken and home made corn bread stuffing.
