My Peach Crisp

Ingredients:

  • 7 medium sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Spray and lightly flour medium baking dish.
  2. In bowl, mix brown sugar, peaches and cinnamon.
  3. Place in dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle on top.
  6. Bake in 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes, till top is golden.
