Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups croutons
  • 2 1/2 tsp salt (may be y to start with so start
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 lb pork sausage (save grease)
  • 10 1/2 oz celery soup
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sauerkraut

Directions:

  1. Boil giblets in water. Put giblets plus water and other ingredients into blender. Stuff turkey and bake. Enjoy.
  2. Note: Cooking times vary so do not follow what is listed but rather how big the turkey you are using is. If you did not want to stuff into turkey you could bake in a pan separate. I do not have temperature or times for that though because we use the turkey method.
