Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 11x17 cookie sheet with sides
  2. 325 degree oven
  3. Cream butter, sugar; beat in yolk & vanilla. Beat in dry ingredients.
  4. Press dough in pan (may line pan with foil). Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with nuts and press in.
  5. Bake 35 minutes.
  6. Remove and immediately cut in squares, diamonds, or rectangles.
  7. Gets crisp quickly! Cool.
