Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. In a bowl mix by hand first 3 ingredients fir the base. Pat the dough gently over the bottom of an 8 pan and about 1 up the sides. Bake the base on the center oven rack until golden, about 25 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the topping.
  3. Using a blender (you can also use electric mixer ) on medium speed mix ingredients in following order.: eggs, sugar,yogurt, lemon juice and zest, cream cheese till light and fluffy. You may have to stop the blender/ mixer once or twice to scrape the bowl with a rubber spatula. Spread the topping evenly over the base.
  4. Bake on the center oven rack for about 1 hour,or until the center of the dish is set.
  5. Chill in the fridge for several hours or over night.
