My Chips Ahoy Super Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat butter and sugar at medium speed with mixer until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating really well after each one.
  3. Beat in vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Slowly add to butter mixture.
  6. Fold in chocolate chunks or chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Cover, wrap, whatever your choice and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  8. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  9. Roll out dough to quarter inch thickness and cut.
  10. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Edges should be firm.
  11. Cool for 2 minutes on pan, remove and cool.
