Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp finley chopped gingerroot (you can use powder)
  • 1 tsp finley chopped garlic (or 1/2tsp powder)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • nonstick cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Spray skillet with a light coating of non-stick bine all ingredients in a bowl. shape patties. heat skillet to medium heat. place burgers on skillet and cook till desired doneness.
