  1. Blend all ingredients well and allow to stand covered in refrigerator 2 or 3 hours or overnight before serving in a bowl to accompany fresh vegetables of all types. Makes about 2 /4 cups. Vegetables that can be used: fresh mushrooms, cauliflower, carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, zucchini etc. Preparation time is about 20 minutes.
