Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute shallot for 1/2min. Add in garlic and saute till fragant.
  2. Stir in mushroom and fry for a while before adding in the rice.
  3. Once the rice heat up add in the egg salt and pepper. Stir evenly.
  4. Dish and serve.
