Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 1 oz. butter
  • 1 cup. peas
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Wipe and slice mushrooms.
  2. Heat butter in a large frying pan,
  3. Add onions and saute until golden,remove from heat.
  4. Add mushrooms and peas, mix together thoroughly,
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. In a greased ovenproof casserole, alternate layers
  7. Of rice and mixed vegetables.
  8. Place in a hot oven and cook for 20-30 min.
  9. Or until the vegetables are tender.
