Mouthwatering Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 2/3 cup quick oats
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) packet onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Meatloaf.
  3. In large bowl combine ground beef, oats, soup mix, worcestershire sauce and ketchup. I mix it with my hand so everything is combined and it seems to help the texture of the meatloaf. Form into a loaf and place in loaf pan.
  4. Topping.
  5. In small bowl combine ketchup, worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Pour over top of loaf.
  6. Put in oven and bake for 50 minutes to an hour.
  7. I serve with garlic mashed potatoes a light salad and dinner rolls. The leftovers are great for sandwiches the next day.
