Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop onion finely. Melt margarine in a dutch oven and add onion. Cook until onion is clear. Peel potatoes and dice into 1" cubes. Add potatoes to onions and cover with water. Boil until potatoes are fork tender. Add salt & pepper to taste. Add Cream of Mushroom soups. Serve with cheese & bacon pieces.
