Mom's Banana Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat together butter & sugar.
  2. Add egg.
  3. Mix together flour, soda & baking powder. Add to sugar mixture.
  4. Add milk.
  5. Add bananas & vanilla.
  6. Bake in greased baking dish (I use square Corning ware dish) for 20-30 minute Frost with homemade powder sugar frosting, cream cheese frosting or vanilla. Hope you enjoy :).
