Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups whole corn
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix milk and egg, beat slightly.
  2. Pour over the remaining ingredients in casserole.
  3. Bake uncovered 1 hr. at 350 degrees or until knife comes out clean.
