Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Mix the sugar and butter until fluffy, beat in molasses and egg. Sift flour, baking soda and spices in a separate bowl. Add flour to creamed mixture slowly. Put in the fridge until mixture is firm. Flour your hands (cookies will be SUPER sticky) make dough in to balls, roll in bowl of sugar. Bake at 375 for 9 minutes.
