Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute garlic and chile pepper in olive oil and cool. Add remaining seasonings.
  2. Place chicken in plastic ziplock bag and pour in all but 1/3 C marinade. Refrigerate remaining marinade. Seal bag and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours, turnuing occasionally.
  3. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium heat and prepare for indirect cooking. Drain chicken, discard marinade.
  4. Grill covered (turning occasionally) for 30-40 minutes until until juices run clear when tested and is no longer pink. (180 dg.) Brush remaining marinade on all sides of chicken during last minutes of grilling.
