Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 2 tbsp baking cocoa

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a mixer bowl and beat for 4 minutes.
  2. Put into greased cake pan and bake 190 degrees C for 45-60 minutes.
