Mixed Greens With Pistachio Crusted Brie And Straw...

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil to medium-medium high
  2. Coat brie in flour
  3. Dip wedges in egg, then roll in pistachios
  4. Pan-fry brie on all sides until golden brown
  5. In blender, add 1 pint strawberries, peppercorns, vinegar, olive oil, and honey
  6. Blend until peppercorns are lightly cracked and mixture is emulsified
  7. Slice remaining strawberries
  8. Plate greens either on one large serving platter or 4 individual plates
  9. Sprinkle strawberry slices over baby greens
  10. Place wedges of brie on top of greens
  11. Dress with strawberry dressing
