Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut sausages into 1/2 thick slices.
  2. (I find it is a lot easier to do this if the sausage are frozen).
  3. Cook over med-high heat, turning once, for 5 minutes or until browned.
  4. Drain off fat.
  5. In food processor or blender, puree tomatoes; pour into skillet.
  6. Add tomato paste; bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat to medium; simmer for 7 to 10 minutes or until thickened.
  8. Stir in parsley.
  9. Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti for about 8 minutes or until tender but firm.
  10. Drain& return to pot.
  11. Add sauce; toss to coat.
  12. Serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
