Minute Maid No-Fuss Lemon Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 &3/4 oz minute maid lemon juice( 1/2 bottle)
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 unbanked 9 pastry pie shell

Directions:

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a blender; blend 3 minutes or until smooth. Add butter; blend 30 seconds. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Yield 1 (9-inch) pie. Serving suggestions: serve with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
