Ingredients:

  • 150 g plain yogurt or 150 g citrus-flavoured yoghurt
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 scoop lemon sorbet (use an ice-cream scoop)

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until mixture is smooth or frothy.
  2. Serve immediately.
