Ingredients:

  • 1oog tennis,or any coconut bscuit,crushed
  • 1 slab mint choc
  • 250 ml fresh cream ,whipped

Directions:

  1. Beat caramel treat till smooth
  2. Add grated choc. and biscuits
  3. Fold in cream
  4. Put into glasses
  5. Top with choc.
  6. Chill
