Ingredients:

  • 4 cups milk
  • 2-4 eggs
  • 4-6 tbsp sugar
  • for flavorings
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg ; or
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sirup (see recipe list); or
  • 4 tbsp orange juice

Directions:

  1. Stir together 1/2 cup milk, a small amount of cracked ice, the eggs and the sugar until thoroughly mixed. Do not beat. Add remaining milk, more cracked ice, and flavorings. Beat with rotary beater and serve.
