  1. Brown beef with onions.
  2. Put tomotoes in pot.
  3. Add beans.
  4. Add browned meat mixture.
  5. Add green bell pepper.
  6. Heat to boiling.
  7. Add chili seasoning to taste.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Add tomato paste and beer.
