Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter or 2 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a glass measuring cup or 1 quart dish on full power 30 seconds. Blend in flour and salt until smooth. Add milk and stir constantly.
  2. Heat uncovered on 70% power 3-4 minutes or until thickened and smooth, stirring every minute.
