Microwave Cranberry Relish

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Put cranberries and cugar into a 4 cup microwave safe measuring cup or bowl.
  2. Add the juice and pulp of the orange.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Cook 3 to 6 minutes on high or until all berries pop.
