Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine butter and sugar.
  2. Donot take this mixture to a light cream.
  3. Think incorporate ?
  4. Not cream.
  5. Just make sure the mixture has no butter lumps.
  6. In a small bowl mix egg, milk/cream, and extracts.
  7. Add this mixture all at once to the butter and sugar.
  8. Mix just until the egg is broken.
  9. The mixture will curdle, thats not a problem.
  10. In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder.
  11. Add these dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients in the mixing bowl.
  12. Process to form the dough.
  13. Peheat your oven to 325 F, Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper to bake your cookies on.
  14. Roll out and cut your cookies into desired shapes, place on cookie sheets, and bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  15. NOTE: ONCE THE COOKIES ARE BAKED TOP WITH YOUR FAVORITE BOUGHT OR HOMEMADE ICING- ENJOY!
