Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. 2. Brown the meat in a skillet.
  3. 3. Add taco seasoning and a little water as per the instructions on the seasoning packet.
  4. 4. Prepare the cornbread mix as instructed on the box in a bowl.
  5. 5. After the meat is done, pour into a 9 by 9 casserole dish and mix in the corn and a handful of the cheese. Stir together well.
  6. 6. Pour the cornbread mix on top of the meat mixture in the casserole dish.
  7. 7. Sprinkle some cheese on top of the cornbread and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean. Serve hot!
