Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup of onion
  • 8 oz. of tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 cup of long grain white rice
  • 2 cups of water

Directions:

  1. Brown the 1 cup of rice with 3 tabelspoons of olive oil
  2. Add the 1/2 cup of onion and saute the onions with the rice
  3. Stirring frequently, don't let the rice burn
  4. Add the 8oz. of tomato sauce to the rice
  5. Add the 2 cups of water
  6. Add the 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder to the rice
  7. Add the 2 chicken flavored bouillons
  8. Bring to a boil
  9. Cover
  10. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes or til liquid is absorbed
