Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 pan. Set aside. In a large bowl beat eggs, add flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix. Add melted butter, leaving pan buttered. Add chilies and cheeses. Mix and pour into a baking dish. Bake uncovered 350 for 45-60 minutes. Test for doneness with a knife. Knife blade should come out clean when inserted in center. Cut into pieces while hot, but allow to cool slightly before removing from pan. Serve with salsa
