Mexican Molletes Appetizer

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cut Bread in the middle lengthwise.
  3. Spread refried beans on each section of bread.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
  5. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 15 min (or until bread is browned and cheese is melted).
  6. While cooling, spoon on picante sauce to taste.
  7. Cut into 2 inch strips and serve.
