Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine uncooked beef, beans, chili powder and oregano.
  2. Spoon into uncooked manicotti shells.
  3. Arrange in a greased 13 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking dish.
  4. Combine water and picante sauce.
  5. Pour over shells.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Remove fron the refrigerator, 30 minutes before baking.
  8. Cover and bake at 350 degrees, for 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink.
  9. Uncover.
  10. Spoon sour cream over the top.
  11. Sprinkle with the cheese, onions and olives, if desired.
  12. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
