Ingredients:

  • cinnamon sticks
  • orange slices
  • some coffee grounds

Directions:

  1. Fill a sauce pan a bit more than half way with water. Then put it on the stove and start heating.
  2. As it's heating I add several slices of orange (vary by taste)
  3. Several cinnamon sticks (again by taste)
  4. Sprinkle some coffee grounds on top (perhaps several tablespoonfuls, I eyeball)
  5. Add brown sugar (as sweet or not sweet as you like I don't add any but it did call for it)
  6. I let it go til just a min or so after boiling. Don't boil too long.
  7. Then I strain it through a very fine colander into a pitcher and then place in glasses and enjoy as you like. (Personally I put it in choc or vanilla soymilk, but that's just me)
