Mel's Cranberry Relish

Ingredients:

  • 3 (12 oz) bags cranberries, washed
  • 2 large apples
  • 3/4 orange , rind of
  • 3 cups sugar

Directions:

  1. Grind cranberries, apples, oranges, and orange peel in a food processor. (I've used a blender in a pinch, but be careful not to over process.).
  2. Mix in sugar and let stand. The color will darken as it sits. Refrigerate.
