Mediterranean Tilapia

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz tilapia fillets
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 0.08 cup lemon juice
  • 2/3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 dash black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Rinse fish and place in glass baking dish. Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and pour over top of fish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 - 17 minutes. Do not overcook
