  1. In a large saucepan, brown ground beef.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add water, pork and beans, tomatoes and sloppy joe mix.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add macaroni and reduce heat.
  6. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is cooked.
