Ingredients:

  • 2 tblsp organic lemon juice
  • 2 tblsp organic maple syrup
  • 1 tblsp organic cayenne pepper
  • 8 oz. water

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a tall glass or water bottle, stir/shake, drink at least 3 8oz. servings a day for a minimum of 3 days. Longer the cleanse, the more drastic the results.
