Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream , whipped (35%, measure 1 cup after whipping)

Directions:

  1. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan whisk egg yolks, sugar and cream; simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes then cool.
  2. Fold in ricotta cheese and whipped cream until blended.
