Marinated Artichoke Tomato Sauce

  1. Chop the artichoke hearts.
  2. Pour the can of crushed tomatoes, artichokes, artichoke oil, chicken stock in a pot on high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and italian seasoning.
  4. Bring to a low boil and then reduce to a simmer on low heat.
  5. Allow the flavors to meld together and the sauce to reduce down for 1 hour.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste as needed.
