Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt 4 tbsp butter in stock pot
  2. Add all the spices and saute 2 minutes
  3. Add onions and toss to cover
  4. For more moisture add a little olive oil
  5. Add chicken and brown (about 7 minutes)
  6. Add water or chicken broth to cover
  7. Add 1 can chopped tomatoes and juice
  8. Bring to boil
  9. Season more to taste
  10. Simmer for 2-3 hours covered
  11. Before serving addd 1/2-3/4 cup sour cream and incorporate well
