Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F.
  2. Drizzle olive oil onto cookie sheet and put tortilla on top. Flip over to coat both sides.
  3. Spread Parmesan cheese onto tortilla.
  4. Add tomato slices.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add Mozzarella cheese.
  7. Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until bubbly and crisp.
  9. Remove from oven, let sit for about 2 minutes, then sprinkle with basil and serve.
