Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In medium bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter.
  2. Press onto bottom of greased spring form pan then sprinkle with 1 cup chocolate morsels.
  3. In small heavy saucepan over low heat melt remaining morsels stirring constantly until smooth.
  4. In large mixer bowl beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and brown sugar then beat in pumpkin.
  5. Beat in eggs and evaporated milk then beat in cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  6. Remove 1 cup pumpkin batter and stir into melted chocolate.
  7. Pour remainder of pumpkin batter into spring form pan and pour chocolate mixture over top.
  8. Swirl then bake in preheated 325 oven for 60 minutes.
  9. Turn oven off and allow cheesecake to stand in oven for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven then cool completely.
  11. Cover and chill for several hours.
