Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. of maple extract
  • 1 cup. of sugar
  • 1/2 cup. of water

Directions:

  1. First place the sugar and the water in small pan.
  2. Let this come to a boil for approx. 3 min, letting sugar dissolve.
  3. Then add in the Mapleine (extract) to taste (as dark as you want it).
  4. You can store this in the refrigerator, but make sure to cover.
  5. This recipe can be adapted to any syrup Just always double your sugar to water, ie 2 c. of sugar, 1 c. of water.
